PRODUCTION & AVAILABILITY POLICY

All handbags are handcrafted in small batches or made to order. Due to the artisanal nature of crochet, slight variations in texture, size, and stitch pattern are inherent and celebrated as part of the design.

Production timelines vary by style and season and are listed on each product page. During high-volume periods or limited releases, processing times may be extended.

ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 7–14 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Shipping
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Once an order has shipped, customers will receive tracking information via email.

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Due to the handcrafted and limited nature of our handbags, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, fit preference, or color variation. Each piece is made with care and inspected prior to shipment.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can review and resolve the issue.

CUSTOM & PERSONALIZED ORDERS POLICY

Custom colorways, personalization, or special requests are considered final sale and are non-refundable once production has begun.

Production timelines for custom orders may be longer than standard items. Customers will be notified of estimated completion before work begins.

PRICE & PAYMENT POLICY

Prices reflect the time, craftsmanship, and materials involved in creating each handbag and are subject to change without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not enter production until payment is received.

CARE & USE POLICY

Handcrafted crochet handbags should be handled with care. We recommend storing your bag in its dust bag when not in use and avoiding prolonged exposure to moisture, sharp objects, or heavy overloading.

Normal wear over time is expected and contributes to the character of the piece.

WHOLESALE POLICIES 

Wholesale orders are subject to the following terms:

  • Opening order minimums apply

  • Production timelines will be agreed upon prior to order confirmation

  • Wholesale orders are final sale

  • Payment terms are outlined in the wholesale agreement

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY POLICY

All designs, product names, imagery, and written content are the intellectual property of the brand and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

POLICY UPDATES

We reserve the right to update or modify these policies at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting to the website.
